As a distributor/manufacturer of food supplements you are aware, that all products sold in Slovenia (even though they may already be notified in other EU countries) must be submitted for notification at the Ministry of Health, Sector for Food Safety and Suitability. It is important to note that even though you have received notification for your products, the Ministry of Health does not assume responsibility that the product complies with regulations.
